Changed my mind once again...

These last 2 years have been pretty turbulent... songs piled, some recordings took place, though not enough to keep me satisfied... That is the reason I decided that the Art of Joy new material will have to wait until I don't know...
Truth is I've been writing new bluesy stuff, stuff that is completely different than what you already know...
Hence, I would like to thank all friends for supporting all this time...
Keep in touch, keep the faith and always trust your inner instincts.

We'll meet again in some strange way

News report???

Hi there again...
It's been a while since the last time I posted something or announced anything...
Last year things got rough health-wise and even now as I am writing these lines, drinkin coffee and chain-smokin, I can feel my tenontitis pullin my arm... Lot better though than last year, anywayz...
Nick Tsirtoglou is no longer in the Art of Joy project line up. However, I am always open to suggestions and always looking for partners in crime...
What else...? Oh! Yes, the time is right to start recordings on new songs for a brand new e-cd this time (available to download, I'll let you know when), managed to gather 12 ideas, and even managed to have a new song in a video for you, with the help of Mahi Vlahou-Fragou on camera...
So, for the time being, watch the video, and tell me what you think.
Until next time, keep the faith and stay underground!
Nickolas G.

The Art of Joy project bio

It all began as an idea of "self-improvement" by Nickolas Galiouris in 2007. The first experiments produced a lo-fi work, named "Music for a Low-Bbudget, B-Movie"(recorded and mixed at NIGHT MAIL productions' home-studio).

By February 2008, the new material that had piled up was transformed into AJP's concept album "The Clown". The album consists of six original tracks and a hidden one.
